If you use AOL:

To clear the browser cache (Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and 5.0)

From the My AOL menu on the AOL toolbar, click Preferences.
In the Preferences window, click WWW.
In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Files.
Click OK.

To clear the browser cache (Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02)

On the My AOL menu on the AOL toolbar, click Preferences.
In the Preferences window, click WWW.
On the Advanced tab, click Settings.
In the Empty Folder section, click Yes.
Click OK.

If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer:

Open Internet Explorer
Choose "Tools" from the menu at the top of the browser
Choose "Internet Options" from the resulting drop down menu
In the middle of the box that pops up, where it says "Temporary Internet Files", click on the button that says "Delete files"
Click Ok

An alternative route:

Double click the My Comp icon on desktop
Double click C:\
Double click Windows
Double click Temp Internet Files
Single click on any file in there to highlight it
Simultaneously press Control + A keys down to highlight all files
Press Delete on keyboard
